2 medium-large carrots 1 mango 1 large cucumber, peeled 2 small apples Blend together and serve chilled 1 Medium un peeled Cucumber
1 cup Water 2 handfuls of frozen Blueberries 2 Scoops of Bio Chem Vanilla Protein Powder Dice the cucumber, blend the cucumber and water together for a minute or two. Once fully blended add blueberries, then protein powder. Serve Chilled |
