Whether you are a professional athlete trying to get an edge, a post-menopausal woman attempting to combat osteoporosis, a beginner looking to start living a healthier lifestyle or a glutton for boot camp style punishment, Alison and her team of highly qualified personal trainers has a program that is right for you.

Alison utilizes a unique approach to helping each one of her clients reach well beyond their personal goals and aspirations. She has developed a multi-trainer system with various levels and phases. By working with a group of hand-picked highly trained personal trainers in their areas of specialty, Alison is able to provide each client with a personal training program that meets exactly their needs. In addition to highly qualified trainers, various training locations in Oakland are utilized to provide clients with the tools necessary to maximize their results.

In addition to private one-on-one personal training and semi-private personal training sessions, Alison and her team at Truve offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to challenge both males and females of all ages and fitness levels.
