Fitness Vacation

Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica September 11-18th, 2021

Looking for a great way to end your summer vacation? Want to explore beautiful beaches? See beautiful waterfalls? Check out luscious jungles? Interested in learning how to vacation in a healthy way? A fitness vacation in Costa Rica sounds perfect for you!!!


Where else can you practice yoga in the jungle over looking the ocean, do bootcamp style workouts on both pristine white sand and black sand beaches, ride bikes to beaches perfect for snorkeling, hike to stunning waterfalls, and so much more?

You can look forward to a fun, healthy, exciting week in paradise with the San Francisco Bay Area's #1 Strength and Conditioning Specialist, lasting memories, and maybe even a little tan.


This trip includes:

Lodging for 1 week , single occupancy or couple  ****

Transportation to and from the airport in Costa Rica if you travel with the group

3 workouts/activities daily, including but not limited to, river rafting, zip lining, 
beach bootcamp, surfing, chocolate tour, hiking, biking, yoga, etc...

Rental Fees and Taxes as applicable for any and all planned group activities

Bike Rental for the week

A massage

3 meals daily and some snacks



This trip does not include:

Any additional excursions, activities, or spa services. (However, we can help you get discounted rates on many things)

Typical Day's Schedule

Wake-up 7-7:45 am

Beach Bootcamp 8-9am

Breakfast in Cottages 9-10am

Free Time 10-12pm

Lunch in Cottages 12-1pm

Mid Day Activity: Easy Hike to Waterfall and Swimming 1-3pm

Free Time 3-5pm

Yoga 5-6pm

Free Time 6-7pm


Dinner at Restaurant 7-8pm

Free Time 8pm and later
