Alison Roessler's Extreme Weight Loss program has been developed to help those clients looking to lose 40 pounds or more. The human body can become weak under the constant stress of additional weight, which in turn can cause injuries, instabilities, and compensations in the body especially around the joints. Our Extreme Weight Loss program has been designed to help you lose your weight in a safe, effective, and well supported way. You will work with Alison Roessler in all aspects of your strength training, nutrition, and cardiovascular training which may include but not be limited to lifting weights, body weight exercises, the use of resistance bands or tubing, balance work, core strengthening, walking, stairs, and circuit training . In addition to Alison, you will often work with one of our highly qualified Pilates instructors to ensure that all stability and joint integrity is maintained through mat work as well as Pilates reformer work. Your trainers will work together to prevent injuries while simultaneously helping you achieve outstanding weight loss results. It is time for you to get your body back, to feel comfortable, happy, and proud and we have a great team of trainers her to help and motivate you every step of the way.
