Our Dynamic Health & Fitness Training is designed for those people who are looking to take their current fitness routine to the next level. Whether you are a beginner who has never stepped into a gym before or a seasoned exerciser whose workouts have lost their flair, we have something to offer you. This program is designed to help you get out of a rut you may be in, or to motivate you to begin or continue with a program that is right for you. Workouts are constantly changing in order to keep your body guessing to allow you to receive the best results possible. One of the main causes for the “exercise plateau” is a lack of variety and knowledge of exactly what to do in order to achieve one’s goals. Even seasoned exercisers get to a place where they no longer feel challenged or they are bored with workouts. Our Dynamic Health & Fitness Training program will challenge even the most advanced exercisers. For beginners it offers the right combination of education and motivation to help you start and stick with a workout program that is right for you. In addition to helping you address your fitness needs and goals, we can help you design a nutrition and cardiovascular program that fits you, your lifestyle, and your level of exercise.
All Dynamic Health & Fitness Programs include but are not limited to the following, strength training, Pilates, flexibility, balance & stability, core training, and Myo-facial release through body rolling. All programs are designed to meet from 1-6 hours per week with a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
