Virtual Training

    Our virtual training program has been designed with the intent to give the world access to a quality, affordable, effective personal training/healthy living program. Virtual training is great for people who want a trainer but can't afford one, for those who live in rural areas or out of the United States, or those who just want a change to their normal fitness routines. Virtual training is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level if you are committed to the plan.
 
    All programs are personalized in order to meet your specific needs and goals. You receive the same personalized attention as our in person clients do, but at a drastically reduced price.
   
     You will receive a personalized cardio plan, strength training program, and recovery program just like our in person clients do, as well as regular check ins to go over any issues or concerns, unlimited email/text correspondence, and access to our On Demand portal which includes hundreds of full length workouts.
     
    All you need is internet access and the determination to reach your goals, we will help you with the rest!

A personalized monthly program is $190 per month with a 3 month commitment or $200 per month for month to month.
If you prefer to design your own program, take advantage of our On Demand platform for $30 per month.
