Athletic Performance Training
Alison Roessler's Athletic Performance Training program has been designed to help you achieve greatness in your respective sport. Our programs are tailored to you, your sport, and more specifically your position or area of expertise within your sport. Our programs are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, skill level, age of athletes. If you are a beginner looking to run your first marathon, a high school basketball player in search of a college scholarship or a professional athlete recovering from an injury, our program has something for you. You will advance through different phases of training guided by Strength and Conditioning Specialist Alison Roessler. Should it become apparent as you advance through the different phases of training, you may do some supplemental core stability and strengthening exercises with a dynamic Pilates instructor. Training will include but will not be limited to strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, and flexibility. In addition to your training, we can assist you in setting up nutritional parameters specific to performance in your sport, age, gender, and phase of training. With at minimum two highly qualified professionals monitoring your progress, you are guaranteed to achieve amazing results!
