1 cup of water
3 cups of Spinach
1 medium Banana
1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
2 Scoops Bio Chem Vanilla Whey Protein
Blend water and Spinach together, then add banana. After these are blended, add the peaches followed by protein powder.
1 Medium un peeled Cucumber
1 cup Water
2 handfuls of frozen Blueberries
2 Scoops of Bio Chem Vanilla Protein Powder
Dice the cucumber, blend the cucumber and water together for a minute or two. Once fully blended add blueberries, then protein powder. Serve Chilled

1/2 Bunch of Collard Greens without Ribs
1 Cup Frozen Peaches
1/4 Cup Diced Strawberries
2 Scoops Bio Chem Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Fill blender with greens, add water. Blend until liquified, 1-2 minutes, add frozen fruit and more water if neccessary. Add protein powder and blend. Serve chilled.
